The Sport-Maniac on-line store will soon carry exercise equipment.  The Home Program or the Internet Trainer can be performed at home with a few pieces of relatively inexpensive exercise equipment. Those pieces of equipment include resistive exercise bands, an exercise ball and an 'unstable surface'. You can purchase these items in our on-line store, most fitness stores, or sporting good stores.

The exercise bands come in different colors which represent different levels of resistance. Different companies have difference color coding for the various levels of resistance. The color coding used on your log sheets will be relative to the bands available in our stores (see below).

When selecting an exercise ball, make certain you select a size ball (diameter of ball) that is appropriate for your height. When sitting on the ball, you want your hips to be bent to 90° and your knees to be bent to 90°.
